Raised in the Great White North of Canada on sugar-coated cereal, Sunday comics, classic Nintendo games and 80’s music, Cameron Tiede continues to work hard at making “play” out of his work. Since he was a kid his signature style has been infused with unmistakable characters, flavor-saturated colors, and an energetic edge. He self describes his work as “illuminated innocence,” which is as playful as it is honest.

No matter what he creates, it is his goal to simply make others smile. Working with a wide variety of materials such as spray paint, pencils ink, watercolor and digital media, Cameron mixes and fuses it all together to make visual magic. Partnering with his clients he strives to deliver beyond their needs and imagination with each project. Making a game out of his process, Cameron treats his work like a puzzle, with each piece carefully placed to communicate the essential ideas and stories. As a result, Cameron’s work has been consumed around the world through print, products, games, advertisements, museums and galleries. His clients have included some of the worlds most loved brands such as Disney, Mattel, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers and more...

Cameron’s passion for Art and Design was cultivated though his educational experiences at BYU Idaho, Art Center College of Design and Savannah College of Art and Design. These experiences further enhanced his commitment to imagination and excellence. Currently, he lives in the sleepy town of Flower Mound, Texas with his wife and their three rambunctious daughters, where they bike, swim, cook, draw and dream together. When he is not busy in his studio workshop, Cameron can be found educating the next generation of creatives and helping them create the future.
